The 4 Week Challenge

We're re-opening the 4th Poplar Scout Group and everyone's invited!

For the first four weeks in November it's free, just fill in the joining form and come along on the evening. We just ask that a parent stays with us and gets involved as a helper for the session.

By the 4 weeks everyone should have completed their first badges and be ready to wear a uniform and to make their Beaver / Cub promise to "do my best".

What happens next?

We'll need at least 2 parents to volunteer to be regular helpers in both Beavers and Cubs in order for us to keep running in December.

We understand that people have jobs, childcare and other commitments. But even a small voluntary role is proven to be #GoodForYou find out more and try some of the activities you could be helping out with at Scouts.org.uk

We'll also need a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of our Committee which meets once a term to represent the parents, and keep everything running smoothly so that the leaders can get on with running great activities.
